We Are Five
In Hurumanu we are working on Music this term. We are writing a song about any topic we want.
I discussed this with Mr Mitchell and he helped me write this song about my family. It's called "We Are Five".
We Are Five
Verse 1:
We are a small family
Dad’s no longer alive
Four kids living with our Mum
Now we are only five.
Chorus:
We are a happy little family
We never disagree
We’re a very happy family
As you can plainly see.
Verse 2:
Auntie came to live with us
Mum was very ill
Lately Mum passed away
We are five still.
Chorus:
We are a happy little family
We never disagree
We’re a very happy family
As you can plainly see.
Verse 3:
Five people helping each other
Helping stay alive
We stay together through thick and thin
We’ll stay a family of five.
Chorus:
We are a happy little family
We never disagree
We’re a very happy family
As you can plainly see.
I hope you like what I've written.
